67Sourdough offers a unique experience unlike any other

Under the hood of all our pizzas is our turbo charged bubbly ‘67 Starter. “67” is fed on a strict diet of premium Canadian Manitoba Bread flour Wholewheat Flour & Berkey Charcoal Filtered Water. Our 48 hour wild-fermented dough is an original 1967 Sourdough recipe - a blend of Flour, Water, salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. No added yeast. No added nuffing! Our 260 gram dough balls are hand-stretched and baked into golden crusted, thin and crispy 12” wheels of greatness We hope you enjoy them as much  as we enjoy making them.
